Returns
Baby’s Toy Emporium offers a 30 day, money-back guarantee. Returns must be made within 30 days of your order's delivery date. If you are unhappy with your purchase it may be returned for a full refund as long as it was not opened or used. We do not accept opened or used items unless it is damaged or defective. We cannot refund shipping charges.

*Although we offer USPS you may receive a shipment from UPS.
*At this time we only ship to street addresses within the contiguous United States.
*2nd Day and Next Day shipping are not available on items being shipped from the manufacturer.
Promotion Codes
Enter promotion code during checkout. Only one promotion code per order. A single promotion code may only be used once.
Register as a member or become a fan on Facebook and receive 10% off your order. Only one per customer, not both.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
You will automatically be transferred to PayPal’s secure website to complete your transaction. You do not need a PayPal account to order. Once you are on PayPal's website scroll down to 'Don't have PayPal account?' and click 'continue'.
Sales Tax
We charge 8.25% sales tax on any purchases being shipped within the state of California. A 9.0% sales tax will be charged on any purchases being shipped within the city of Cotati. If the purchase made is being shipped outside the state of California, no sales tax will be charged.
